DIY Oxygen Analyzer

For a long time i wanted an oxygen analyzer in order to double check my Nitrox mixes.

With a couple of parts an LCD display and a Teledyne sensor it is finally alive 🙂

Total cost about 120 Euro

  1. Hi Billy,
Currently we are doing a project on fabricating an oxygen analyzer. You have provided us with great deal of information. Lastly, we would like to ask whether is it possible to add an alarm system into the circuit (e.g alarm being set off if the oxygen level drop below 21%). As we do not have electronic background, hope you can provide us with valuable information.
Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

  2. Hello Lester,

I don’t understand the alarm. Why you need an alarm on an oxygen analyzer ?.

You want to fabricate an Oxygen Analyzer or a ppo2 meter ?

  3. Nice blog..indeed..!!!
